Referral Giveaway Official Rules

Nvestiq (StarksTech-style legal entity name TBC), [Sponsor mailing address] (the "Sponsor").

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The giveaway begins [Start date] at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends [End date] at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

(a) Referral entry. Join the Nvestiq waitlist and share your unique invite link. Each person who joins through your link and confirms their email address counts as one verified referral. Reaching five (5) verified referrals during the Entry Period earns you one (1) entry. Referrals that are not confirmed do not count.

(b) Free alternate method of entry. No referrals are required. Send an email to giveaway@nvestiq.com with the subject line "Free Entry" and include your full name and the email address you used to join the waitlist. Limit one (1) alternate entry per person for the Entry Period. Entries submitted this way have an equal chance of winning as referral entries.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) month of a Claude Max or OpenAI Codex subscription, at the winner's choice. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize is $200 USD. Total ARV of all prizes is $1,000 USD.

Prizes are awarded as direct payment or reimbursement covering one month of the selected subscription. No cash alternative or substitution is offered except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, where a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and for any expenses not expressly listed here.

On or about [Draw date], the Sponsor will select five (5) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, is unreachable, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant and void any entry that it reasonably believes involves fake, disposable, automated, purchased, or duplicate email addresses, self-referrals, bots, scripts, or any other attempt to manipulate the referral system or the outcome of the giveaway. Referral counts are based on the Sponsor's records, which are final.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Anthropic PBC, OpenAI, or any other third party. Claude and Claude Max are trademarks of Anthropic. Codex is a trademark of OpenAI. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced here for identification only.

Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with the Nvestiq Privacy Policy. Entering does not obligate you to purchase anything, and you may unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim, injury, or damage arising from participation in this giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical failures of any kind.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
