These Terms and Conditions govern your use of nvestiq.com and the Nvestiq services, including our SMS and text message notification program. By using the site or enrolling a number in the messaging program, you agree to these terms.

SMS Messaging Program

The Nvestiq notification program sends operational text messages to the account owner who enrolls their own mobile number. Messages relate to discussion threads and activity the owner has chosen to monitor, and the owner replies to approve or edit a response.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on activity. You may receive messages only when relevant items are found.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Nvestiq does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-Out and Help

You can cancel the messaging program at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at aman@nvestiq.com.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
